About Meredith (she/her)

Authentic, enthusiastic, energetic, fearless, fun loving people person with an unstoppable passion for photography. I specialize in PEOPLE, and I am constantly drawn to the LOVE and CONNECTION they create. Real people, real moments, real connection. I have a knack for finding those moments in just the right light and capturing them for you.

I am "Mama" to four beloved humans. Three of my babies have fledged the nest, and I am currently caretaker to one badass daughter, one gentle hound, a ridiculously fluffy cat, and two chirpy parakeets. I bring along 16 years of experience working with mothers and babies as a nurse on labor and delivery and I especially cherish my time with brand new parents and their newborns. I am an animal enthusiast with a lifetime of experience with dogs, cats, horses and birds. I've been making portraits of people throughout life's milestones for over a decade, and my work has been showcased in art galleries, exhibits, and in print. I currently reside in Charlottesville, Va.
